For this assignment we are to choose a public company to analyse the financial ratios for two different years by gathering data and also using formulas.

Reflection
I understand how a lot of jobs such as Quantity Surveying needs this subject, it is a very important subject where coincidentally i also get to study a little about it before this during my school years. I've failed my test for not studying that much, i needed more practice so our lecturer wants those who fail to revise back our old topics and do the old tutorials which really helps and it got me back on track with the students around me. I was lost before even in my days learning this subject at school but i became better and the final exam that i had was more comfortable than last time. The assignment that i had was quite okay, my member contributed a lot on this and i'd like to give him credit for working hard in which we got a 'B+'. Overall it was a fun subject, such that i always have a good feeling when i get things right when doing the tutorials.

All these basic concepts you have share here are explained the way I learnt them from Dr. Aloke Ghosh. He was my professor at Columbia University School of Continuing Education.
